Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Investment Refunds:
Investments made under any plan are non-refundable once processed, as returns are based on active business operations.
2. Wrong Transactions:
If a user sends funds to the wrong address or amount by mistake, they must report it within 24 hours for manual review.
3. Eligibility for Refund Review:
A refund may be processed only in cases of:
Duplicate payments
Technical errors
Failed or incomplete transactions
4. Verification Required:
Users must provide proof (screenshot, transaction ID, date, time).
Refunds will be issued only after full verification.
5. Time for Processing:
Approved refunds take 3–7 business days to reflect.
